30-day return window
Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Start a return
Email orders@markedandredeemed.com with your order email, the item you want to return, and the reason. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom or personalized items, worn or washed items, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
